Booking Policies
Booking Deposit and Payments:
Deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of booking to secure the time slot and pay for the studio if needed. An invoice will be sent to make payments.
The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of the session. Late payments will result in a $30 fee per day added to your remaining total. Unedited photos will not be sent until final payment has been received.
Cancellation:
If you can't make your appointment, please let me know immediately. Your deposit will be your cancellation fee if you notify the photographer 48 hours before. If not notified within that timeframe, you will be charged 50% of your overall total.
Reschedule:
Please notify at least 24 hours prior to your session date. If you are unable to make your scheduled session you are allowed to reschedule 1 time with no additional fee. After the 2nd reschedule you will be required to pay a new deposit at the time of the reschedule.
Travel (At Home Session):
A traveling fee will be added to all sessions outside of Houston, TX. Please fill out contact form before booking to confirm availability and traveling fees.
I do offer at home sessions and will be priced as an outside shoot. Contact for more details.
Late Policy:
Arrive at least 5 minutes before your session. Time will NOT be extended due to the client being late. A charge of $40 will be added to the session if the client is beyond 10 minutes late with no communication.
No Call/No Show:
If you fail to communicate rescheduling your session your card on file will be charged half of your remaining balance.
Image Policy:
Unedited photos will be sent via text/email within 24 hours from when the photos were taken. Turn around time for edited pictures is between 7-14 days (Monday-Saturday) from the date the edited selectins were made. Images are sent digitally, but you are able to order prints via customized link with the edited photos. If you prefer to print on your own I can provide a printing rights letter.
